Training - 28th Nov. 2013


Snatch Pulls up to 135x3 and then Power Snatches up to 115
Back Squat: Upto 255, 235x3x3, 215x2x6
Glute Ham Raise: 5x5
Ab Wheel 3x

More technique work on Snatch. Back squats were tough today, was pretty tired from work and constant lack of sleep.
