Training - 30th May 2014


Clean and Jerk: D1RM: 205, 185, 195*, 185
Snatch Balance: 135x3x3
Paused Front Squat: 3x3 @ (195,200,205)
Bss x3, Ab Wheel x3

Again, super tired but it turned out to be a decent session. Took a CJ attempt at 210, but I guess I wasn't fully trying and was a bit too gassed to really do it.
